기본구상 및 기획
충남 당진시의 구도심 도시재생사업의 일환으로 추진하고 있는 구 당진시군청사부지 조성사업은 구도심의 대표적인 중심공간으로서 시민들에게 열린 장소를 제공하고 기존의 부지와 주변 도시시설을 연계한 동선 계획 및 기본배치구상을 제시한다.
Base idea and planning
The Dangjin City Government Complex Site Development Project, which is being promoted as part of the old city center urban regeneration project in Dangjin, Chungnam Province, to provide a place open to citizens as a public center space of the neighborhood and presents a plan for linking existing sites and surrounding urban facilities.
새로운 기능 제시
약50년된 군청사 본관동은 철거하고 25년된 별관동을 리뉴얼하여 청년들의 창업을 지원하는 청년센터로 거듭난다. 외부공간은 다양한 행사가 가능하고 이벤트광장과 휴식과 만남의 공간으로서의 도심광장과 접근성이 용이한 지하주차장을 확보하여 당진시민에게 새로운 문화공간을 제공한다.
Presenting a New Function
The main building which is about 50 years old is demolished and the 25 year old building nearby has been redesigned to become a youth center that supports young generation's start-up businesses. The external space provides a new cultural space for Dangjin citizens by securing a variety of events, an urban plaza as a space for resting and meeting, and an underground parking lot with easy access.
도시재생사업과의 연계
본 사업을 중심으로 추진하고 있는 다양한 도시재생사업과 연계하여 분석하고 조정하여 군청사부지조성을 위한 기본구상을 수립하고 가이드라인을 마련하고 광장 및 주차장시설의 설계를 위한 방향을 제시한다.
The link with the urban regeneration project
It analyzes and adjusts in connection with various urban regeneration projects that are being promoted mainly in this project to establish basic ideas for the construction of the site, prepare guidelines, and present directions for designing the plaza and parking lot facilities.
